Job summary

Universal Motorcars in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Tesla Automotive Technician/Mechanic. You will diagnose and repair Tesla vehicles, handling A/C, suspension, steering, alignment, cooling and electrical systems across Model 3, Y, S, X and Cybertruck.

We emphasize hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and ability to complete repairs from diagnosis through testing in a growing Tesla service department. This is a full-time, on-site role with a professional shop environment.

Universal Motorcars is hiring an experienced Tesla Automotive Technician / Mechanic in Las Vegas.

We’re looking for a technician with real hands‑on experience diagnosing and repairing Tesla vehicles. This is not an entry-level EV position - we need someone who is comfortable troubleshooting problems, identifying the actual cause, and completing repairs correctly.

Our Tesla mechanical work includes A/C and climate systems, suspension, control arms, steering, alignment, cooling systems, electrical diagnostics and other mechanical repairs on Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck.

Universal Motorcars is an established Las Vegas collision and automotive repair company, and we are continuing to expand our Tesla mechanical service department. We’re looking for someone who wants steady work, professional equipment and an opportunity to become an important part of that growth.

Tesla certification is not required. Proven Tesla repair experience, diagnostic ability and quality of work are more important to us.
