Job Title: Experienced Tax Preparer, Hybrid

Join our team at Accountingfly as an Experienced Tax Preparer. This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to live in Texas within 4 hours of Austin. The role involves monthly in-office meetings, with all travel expenses paid. Immediate hiring opportunity!

Salary Range

Base pay: $65,000 - $65,000 per year. Compensation can exceed $85,000 DOE.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review federal income tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1041).
  • Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and project budgets while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Participate in client meetings and manage routine correspondence.
  • Utilize CCH software (preferred).
Qualifications
  • BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CPA-eligible with 3-5 years of public accounting experience.
  • Experience within the construction industry and with tiered partnerships is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented philosophy.
