Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - GBY is seeking qualified Tax Preparers in Atlanta to prepare individual, trust, and partnership tax returns. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have experience in accounting or taxes, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication with a diverse client base
