Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in the United States. The role requires 2+ seasons preparing various tax returns, strong client service, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

What you need:

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Language Requirement:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
