Jackson Hewitt - ERS is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal opportunity with flexible schedules. You will leverage tax expertise, business knowledge, and tax laws to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced setting. A $150 sign-on bonus is available for new employees (terms apply).

You should have 2+ seasons of tax return experience and strong customer service skills. Training is provided, with potential for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ tax seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships as applicable.
• Assist clients with tax questions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
