Jackson Hewitt - FOQ is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Iowa. You will apply your tax expertise to prepare returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships while delivering outstanding client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of tax return experience required.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts, and/or partnerships.
• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage tax knowledge to help clients maximize savings.
• Assist with training and onboarding as needed.
