Jackson Hewitt - FCS is hiring Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Weslaco, Texas. You will leverage tax knowledge and client service skills in a fast-paced environment, helping clients maximize refunds while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The position offers flexible schedules, a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, and opportunities for training, development, and advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and partnership tax returns for clients
• Provide exceptional client service and clear communication
• Assist clients with tax questions and document collection
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client data
