ACK is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in New York. You will deliver client-focused tax services with accuracy and speed, using your tax expertise and strong communication to help clients navigate complex returns.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced seasonal tax environment.
• Leverage tax knowledge to prepare and review returns accurately.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and explain tax concepts clearly.
