Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - FOQ is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Ottumwa, IA. You will provide top-notch client service, apply tax knowledge, and help clients with individual, trust, and partnership returns during the busy season.

The position offers a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, plus performance-based bonuses, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
