Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role with flexible schedules. You will use your tax knowledge and client service skills to support clients through busy tax periods, delivering accurate returns in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a $150 sign-on bonus, performance-based incentives, opportunities for advancement, and training to keep you current with tax laws. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns as part of a seasonal team
• Provide exceptional client service and accurate tax guidance
• Support clients in a fast-paced environment during peak season
