Jackson Hewitt - GHU is seeking experienced tax preparers for a seasonal opportunity with flexible schedules and advancement potential. Earn a sign-on bonus and competitive pay, with paid training and development opportunities.

You'll help clients by preparing various tax returns and delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment. This role offers full-time and part-time positions, with Earned Wage Access and signing bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Connect with clients and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
