Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; willingness to learn and adapt to tax software.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tax preparation in a friendly, professional manner.
• Use tax software to prepare individual, trust, and partnership returns.
• Provide accurate information and answer client questions during the season.
• Collaborate with team for timely, error-free submissions.
