Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers to join a team offering flexible schedules and tax training. You will leverage tax expertise and client interaction to deliver accurate returns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across locations nationwide.

We welcome applicants with 2+ tax seasons experience and a passion for exceptional customer service. Training and continuing education are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, trust, and partnership tax returns.
• Provide exceptional client service and connect with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Support training and continuing education initiatives for tax preparers.
• Learn and apply tax laws to deliver accurate tax returns.
