Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - EMG is seeking experienced Tax Preparers in New Bern, NC for a seasonal role. Earned wage access and a $150 sign-on bonus apply. Full-time or part-time positions available with flexible schedules. You will prepare tax returns, help clients, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have multiple tax seasons and a strong eye for detail, plus willingness to learn and advance within the organization. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.
