Qualifications

• Minimum 2 tax seasons experience with individual, trust, or partnership returns.
• Passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing tax returns.
• Engage with clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Apply knowledge of tax laws to individual, trust and partnership returns.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with training as needed.
