Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - HFV is seeking experienced Tax Preparers in Los Angeles for a seasonal, full-time or part-time role. You will provide exceptional client service, prepare a range of tax returns, and stay compliant with tax laws in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English and Spanish are required to connect with a diverse client base. A $150 sign-on bonus is offered, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

What you need:

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Language Requirement:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
