Jackson Hewitt - HFV is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. You will leverage tax expertise and client service to complete returns in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential. A $150 sign-on bonus is offered, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

What you need:

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Language Requirement:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
