Jackson Hewitt - DCE is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Lorain, OH. You will provide exceptional client service while applying tax knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible schedules, a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, and opportunities for advancement with training and development support.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced tax environment.
• Assist clients with accurate tax return preparation and filing.
• Leverage tax knowledge to ensure compliance and maximize refunds.
