Qualifications

• 2+ tax seasons of experience with individual, trust, or partnership returns.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments and learning new systems.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn tax software.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service for tax clients.
• Assist clients with tax preparation in a team-based environment.
• Support training and onboarding of new Tax Preparers when needed.
