Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking experienced tax preparers for in-person roles in Knoxville, TN. You will leverage your tax knowledge and client service skills to assist individuals, trusts, and partnerships while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You’ll benefit from flexible schedules, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement as you help clients maximize their refunds. Training, development, and a competitive pay structure are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns desired.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Tech savvy.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes a plus.

We are an independently owned & operated franchise with 29 locations in East Tennessee. Please note, these are in-person positions, not remote. You can choose the location/s that are most convenient for you.
