Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking experienced tax preparers in a role offering flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and a path for advancement.

You will prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships while delivering excellent client service across a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with tax preparation training and PTIN registration.
• Maintain accurate tax records and support ongoing compliance.
