• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and review individual, trust, and partnership tax returns as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and company policies
• Support ongoing training and development for tax season staff
