Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - CLP in Avon, MA is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role with flexible schedules. You will leverage tax expertise and client service skills to prepare various tax returns in a fast-paced environment.

Two or more seasons of experience, strong customer service focus, and basic computer skills are required. A $150 sign-on bonus is offered, with opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of tax return experience (individual, trust and/or partnership).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and use tax software.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while assisting clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and review individual, trust, and partnership tax returns for clients.
• Utilize tax software to complete filings accurately and on time.
• Engage clients to understand needs and explain tax concepts clearly.
