Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - BEM is hiring experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Chambersburg, PA. You will prepare tax returns and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a $150 sign-on bonus, earned wage access, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Full-time and part-time positions are available with benefits including healthcare and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare individuals, trusts and/or partnerships tax returns.
• Leverage tax knowledge to maximize client refunds and minimize liabilities.
