Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - FGG is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal opportunity in Texas. You will provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced environment and leveraging your tax knowledge to file individual, trust and partnership returns.

The role offers a $150 sign-on bonus for new employees, flexible schedules, and both full-time and part-time positions. Training and development, along with benefit options, help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fast-paced season
• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships during peak season
• Assist clients with tax questions and ensure accuracy and compliance
