Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - HUV is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in California. You will deliver exceptional client service, leverage tax knowledge, and work in a fast-paced environment while helping clients file returns accurately.

This position offers a flexible schedule, onboarding training, and opportunities for advancement with a sign-on bonus of $150 for new employees, subject to terms.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Assist clients with tax questions and forms during the seasonal period.
• Support processing and filing of tax returns and related documents.
