Jackson Hewitt - EMR is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers for a seasonal role in Baton Rouge, LA. Earned Wage Access and a $150 sign-on bonus are available. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement, with training and development to boost your tax expertise.

You will prepare individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns across multiple seasons, deliver exceptional client service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while leveraging your knowledge of tax laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Assist in preparing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
