A nationwide neurophysiologic monitoring company is seeking an experienced Surgical Neurophysiologist to join their clinical team in Baltimore, Maryland. You will perform independent intraoperative monitoring during various surgical procedures and collaborate with surgical teams. The role requires strong communication skills and a background in multiple IONM modalities. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of independent IONM experience preferred.
• Proficiency across multiple modalities including SSEPs, EMG, and MEPs.
• Willingness to work early-morning and occasional after-hours cases.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform multimodality IONM during surgeries.
• Operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment in real time.
• Document case findings accurately and in compliance with protocols.
