About International Student Exchange:
International Student Exchange (ISE) is proud to serve as a sponsor of J-1 secondary school exchange for international students. We are also a provider of cultural exchange programs for American high school students interested in living and studying abroad. Founded in 1982, our certified 501c3 non-profit organization has provided quality exchange programs for over 30,000 exchange students.
The Role of a Regional:
As a Regional Director/Manager, you will build and lead a dynamic team of 20-40 Area Representatives, working collaboratively to place a minimum of 80 exchange students annually. This leadership role is not only about overseeing placements but also fostering a spirit of regional teamwork and connection with ISE’s mission. It requires a blend of experience, community orientation, and impeccable team service skills.

Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive as a Regional Director, a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the J-1 Exchange Visitor program is essential. You must be adept at motivating teams, managing placements, and navigating the demands of cultural exchange. A good grasp of social media and marketing techniques are also crucial.
Working with ISE offers the flexibility of a part-time contractor position, allowing you to prioritize family while working remotely. The role comes with the opportunity for international and domestic travel, adding an exciting dimension to your work life. Compensation includes a monthly goal-based stipend with additional bonuses for meeting placement targets.
