Job summary

Tri-Lakes Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to fabricate, assemble, and join metal components for structural frameworks. You will read blueprints and project instructions, operate welding equipment (MIG/TIG/Stick), and ensure welds meet code and safety standards.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience, follow safety rules, and work in varied environments, including heights and confined spaces. Overtime and lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets project plans and diagrams.
• Performs welds to meet structural standards and safety rules.
• Operates MIG/TIG/Stick welding and related tools.
• Maintains welding equipment and surfaces of metal.
• Adheres to OSHA and site safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and join metal components to form structures.
• Perform fit-up checks, welded passes, and quality checks.
