Job summary

Acadian Contractors, Inc. is seeking experienced Structural Welders for its Abbeville, LA facility. This role involves performing 3G and 4G FCAW welds on structural steel assemblies in a shop environment.

Ideal candidates are skilled in vertical and overhead welding, able to interpret fabrication drawings, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Applicants should have current AWS D1.1 3G qualification and, if not held at time of offer, obtain 4G qualification within 90

Qualifications

• Current AWS D1.1 3G qualification (groove, FCAW) required.
• 4G qualification (groove, FCAW) required within 90 days.
• Minimum 2 years FCAW structural welding in production fabrication.
• Ability to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities
