Job summary

Kreato Global | BPO and Language Solutions is seeking a skilled English-SpanishInterpreter to join its 100% remote LATAM team. The role focuses on accurate consecutive medical interpretation, with opportunities to advance from OPI to VRI and to participate in social services and financial settings.

The position requires 6 months to 1 year of remote medical interpretation experience, C1 English, and current medical interpreter certifications (ALTA 9+, LanguageStat PICSI 75–80%).

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.
• English Proficiency at least C1 (certifications accepted: EF SET, TOEFL, CAE).
• Must provide proof of medical interpreter knowledge issued within the last 12 months (ALTA Spanish fluency 9+, LanguageStat PICSI 75–80%).
• Mastery of medical and customer service terminology.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain HIPAA and FWA certifications.
• Willingness to complete a standard background check via email.

• English Proficiency: Minimum C1 fluency. We accept valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE.
• Medical Interpretation Certification: You must provide proof of medical interpreter knowledge issued within the last 12 months. Accepted certifications include:
  • ALTA Spanish fluency: Minimum score of 9 required.
  • LanguageStat (PICSI): Passing score of 75–80% required.
• Core Skills: Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology.
• Compliance: Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.
• Background Check: Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email.
