Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous related experience.
• Ability to follow approved recipes and production standards.
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and reviews.
• Stores food properly and maintains sanitation, equipment, and utensils.
