Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking two experienced AOI Inspectors to visually inspect PCB assemblies and components for IPC-A-610 compliance. You will perform first article inspections, document defects, and ensure manufacturing standards are met.

You will use microscopes (10–20X) and read engineering drawings to verify tolerances, with emphasis on SMT/THT assemblies. Strong documentation and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting SMT and THT PCB assemblies to IPC-A-610 standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerance requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
