Job summary

Ace Signs Inc. in Springfield, MA seeks a skilled Sign Installer to join our growing team. This hands-on role brings brands to life by installing interior and exterior signage for diverse clients, with emphasis on craftsmanship and safety.

You will read blueprints, perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signs, operate lifts, and ensure installations meet client specs. The position offers a path to certification and a collaborative, detail‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign installation or related trade.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor weather.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Aerial/boom lift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signs.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and remove interior and exterior signage at customer locations.
• Operate aerial lifts, boom lifts, and ladders to complete installations at various heights.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and installation diagrams.
• Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated and LED signs.
• Ensure all installations meet safety codes, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.
