Ace Signs Inc is seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our Springfield, MA team. This hands-on role involves bringing brands to life by installing interior and exterior signage at diverse client locations.

You will work with your hands, enjoy variety, and take pride in high‑quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities include installation, repair, and removal of signs, operating lifts, reading blueprints, and performing basic electrical connections for illuminated signs, all while meeting safety

Qualifications

• Experience in sign installation or related trade.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL a plus.
• Lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and remove interior and exterior signage.
• Operate aerial lifts, boom lifts, and ladders for installations.
• Read blueprints and installation diagrams.
• Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signs.
• Ensure safety codes and client specs are met.
• Conduct site surveys and maintain tools/equipment.
