Job summary

Momper Insulation is seeking an experienced shelving installer to join our team. You will follow templates to cut materials, pre-drill holes, and install shelves, while ensuring level mounting of mirrors and doors.

You will read blueprints, use power tools, and coordinate with managers to meet timelines. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong communication to interact with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; carpentry training a plus.
• Experience as shelving installer, carpenter, or related role preferred.
• Familiar with drills, saws, and hand tools used in shelving installations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow shelving template to cut materials, pre-drill holes, and install shelves.
• Measure and mount mirrors and shower doors, ensuring they are level.
• Install brackets, supports, and hardware for shelving systems.
• Safely use power and hand tools.
• Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet design requirements and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing issues.
• Report damages or discrepancies in materials.
