Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a dependable Crew Chief to lead a team in water, fire and mold mitigation. You will direct field crews, ensure safety protocols, coordinate with clients, and document job progress.

The ideal candidate has proven crew leadership, a professional appearance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. Ability to work on-call and some nights or weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Servpro Crew Chief for Water & Fire Mitigation.
• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in water, fire and mold mitigation.
• Oversee safety, quality, and client communication on job sites.
• Coordinate scheduling and on-site logistics; ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• Must be a experienced Servpro Crew Chief for Water & Fire Mitigation
• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call as needed.
• Some night and weekend work may be required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Athletic, energetic people to perform specialized cleaning.
• Applicant must have Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to navigate using mapped directions.

Job Details

• Typical start time: 8 AM
• Typical end time: 5 PM
• Some Evenings and weekends depending on demand with overtime pay.
