Bish’s RV Lincoln is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers during service visits and introduce accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance the RV lifestyle.

This fast-paced, customer-facing role offers clear goals, commissions, and potential for career growth. Target earnings are $60,000–$80,000+ based on performance and local demand.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience (automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear is a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on their unit’s progress and any new opportunities.
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes.
• Support team members and participate in ongoing sales and service training.

Key Objectives

• Deliver a smooth, engaging service experience that builds trust and drives return visits
• Identifyand recommend service bundles, accessories, and upgrades aligned with customer needs and RV usage
• Convert service visits into long-term relationships and added sales opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through high-quality customer interactions
