Overview

Experienced Servers Needed for Fast-Paced Restaurant, Bar, and Fun Center. Must be 18 or older. Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task. A focus on great service, speed, hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork is needed. Must be a team player. We close at 1 am on weekends and 12 pm during the week. Training is online and in-person.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! As a Server, your job responsibilities include providing an enjoyable experience for every guest, serving food and beverages promptly to our guests, and providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages while creating a memorable experience for our guests.

What we’re looking for

• Welcoming and guest service driven
• Must meet the required age for your state
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• 1-year serving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly
