Parma Tavern in Buford, Georgia is seeking experienced servers to join our energetic team. The position offers $2.13 per hour plus tips, with shifts during busy lunches, dinners, weekend brunches, and late-night service.

You will help guests select meals and drinks, and enter orders into our POS while delivering outstanding hospitality. The ideal candidate has at least two years of full-service serving experience and thrives in a high-volume environment, managing multiple tables with accuracy

Formación

• Minimum of two years of recent full-service serving experience preferred.
• High-volume restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple tables while maintaining exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and craft cocktails.
• Ability to make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Excellent menu knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain product information.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift.
• Positive attitude with a true team-first mentality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights.
