Responsibilities

• Patrol and secure assigned areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Build professional relationships with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Enforce organizational policies with professionalism and respect.
• Complete accurate and detailed reports.
• Serve as a visible and reliable presence throughout your shift.
• Participate in hands-on interventions, including the safe application of restraints in accordance with policy and training.
• Operate state-of-the-art weapons detection system to ensure patient, family, employee and facility safety.
