Qualifications

• Prior screen printing experience required.
• Experience on a manual press required; automatic press experience a plus.
• Ability to register multi-color jobs efficiently and with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent print quality.

• Team player with a willingness to help wherever the shop needs it.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run print jobs on manual and/or automatic presses
• Register multi-color jobs quickly and accurately
• Maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot minor press and print issues as they come up
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Jump in wherever needed across production — screen room, pressing, finishing, and packaging
