Job summary

Qualifications

• Evidence of at least 2 years of experience with the neurologic population, especially SCI.
• Ability and flexibility to cover all areas of physical therapy, including outpatient and acute inpatient.
• Experience in SCI rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and assesses patients to determine the treatment course.
• Plans and implements a comprehensive treatment regimen using various modalities.
• Instructs patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Supervises volunteers and therapy assistants, providing clinical guidance.
• Coordinates with prosthetics on adaptive aids and equipment.
• Participates in conferences and multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
