Position: Registered Behavior Technician
Pay: $25-$28 Per Hour

Qualifications (READ THOROUGHLY):

• RBT CERTIFICATION MUST BE ACTIVE through the BACB https://www.bacb.com/
• Need PA clearances or be motivated to obtain them!
• Must Have at least a Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in Behavior Field. 2 years of Experience in Schools and CPI Training Preferred.

• Caseload: Behavior Support for K-5th Grades
• Responsibilities: Special Education Classroom or 1:1, Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Skills, Individualized Educational Plans (IEP), Mild, Moderate or Severe Behaviors, Autism Spectrum Students, Non-Verbal, ADHD, Elopers, De-Escalation, Restraint, Data Collection, Analysis, and Interpretation.
