Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our fast-growing team in Las Vegas, NV. You will guide clients from initial design concepts to final selections, meeting on-site to take measurements and delivering compelling 2020 Design-based solutions.

You should have 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience, be highly organized, and excel at building relationships with remodelers, builders, and homeowners.

• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

Compensation

• Base salary + commission ($100k - $130k OTE)

What You’ll Do

Your Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Solid math and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Energetic, dependable, and positive 'can-do' attitude

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
