Cabinet IQ is seeking an Experienced Sales Designer for Kitchen and Bath to join our fast-paced showroom team in Kennesaw, GA. You will lead client engagements, design spaces, measure on-site, and close sales with a commission structure.

The role emphasizes building relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals while delivering high-end results. You’ll work 9 AM–5 PM Monday through Friday, using 2020 Design to craft tailored kitchen and bath solutions and ensure client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design software.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Solid math and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet on-site with clients to take measurements and design kitchens/baths.
• Create designs using 2020 Design; propose product solutions.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and client decisions to maximize sales.
• Showroom duties and local networking with contractors and designers.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
• Participate in company training and development programs
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking

Your Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Solid math and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Energetic, dependable, and positive “can-do” attitude
