Job summary

Gresham Toyota, part of Swickard Auto Group in the Portland Eastside, seeks an experienced dealership sales consultant to manage a high-volume pipeline and close deals through trust and product knowledge.

You will guide guests through the Toyota lineup, conduct test drives, and collaborate with finance to deliver a seamless, pressure-free purchase experience. 2+ years of Toyota or Japanese-brand sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dealership sales experience required.
• Toyota or Japanese brand experience is a meaningful advantage.
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full sales pipeline—handle inbound leads, follow-ups, and a growing base of repeat/referral guests with CRM discipline.
• Guide guests through the Toyota lineup with product knowledge, linking reliability and value to buyers' needs.
• Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and negotiate transparently to earn long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a seamless, pressure-free purchase process.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining high CSI scores.
• Stay current on Toyota lineup, incentives, and hybrid/EV offerings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage a full sales pipeline -- working inbound leads, follow-up calls, and a growing base of repeat and referral guests with consistent CRM discipline
• Guide guests through the Toyota lineup with genuine product knowledge -- connecting reliability, value, and technology to each buyer's specific needs and priorities
• Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and negotiate with transparency -- delivering a purchase experience that earns the guest's long-term loyalty, not just their signature today
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a seamless, pressure-free purchase process from first contact through delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining strong CSI scores -- volume and guest satisfaction are both expected here
• Stay current on Toyota's full lineup, incentive programs, and growing hybrid and EV offerings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of dealership sales experience -- required. Toyota or Japanese brand experience a meaningful advantage
• A proven track record of consistent monthly performance -- volume, gross, and CSI -- at a franchised dealership
• Strong CRM discipline and a follow-up cadence that keeps your pipeline productive between floor ups
• Relationship-first approach -- you earn the sale through trust and preparation, not pressure
• Comfortable with digital sales tools and communication -- text, email, and video follow-up are part of how modern Toyota buyers want to be reached
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
