Gentle Care Pet Clinic in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our small-animal practice. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of RVT experience and is confident in surgery, anesthesia and dentistry.

You will assist veterinarians, restrain and medicate animals, collect lab samples, and educate clients while maintaining accurate records in a clean, organized hospital environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Certification required – or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical and dental procedures.
• Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.
• Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.
