Job summary

Bish’s RV Salt Lake City is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems and components. You will work independently and as part of a service team, with opportunities to mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-quality work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials.

We are seeking a skilled and dependableExperienced RV Technicianto join our dynamic service team. Key Objectives

• Diagnose and repair RV systems includingbut not limitedto:electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components

• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery

Whatyou’llbring

• The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
• The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
• Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’svision, mission, and core values in all interactions
